This museum exhibits works related various histrical art and craft, Fork arts and Natural science. The valuable exhibition is the Diorama of Mangrove, Nature of Okinawa, as well as Forest of Okinawa. Writing of Compound sentence, other ancient Japanese Paintings are also shown.

The Yomitanson Museum was founded in 1990 and exhibits paintings, sculptures, pottery and porcelain. The collection includes local pottery as well as local folkcrafts. Special events are held seven to eight times a year.
